Q: My order is not going through, what should I do?

A: If you receive an error message while placing your order, please review your credit card information, billing and shipping address. If the error persists, contact your credit card company to make sure there is not a hold on your account.

Q: I placed an order but haven’t received an email confirmation, where is it?

A: If you placed an order and have not received an email confirmation, please check your junk mail. If it’s not there, send an email to info@doroofficial.com with your first and last name and we will locate your order and resend a confirmation.


Q: Can I make changes to my order once it has been placed?

A: If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please email info@doroofficial.com with your order number and ‘Change Order’ in the subject line. We will do our best to accommodate your needs. Please note that we cannot cancel or make changes to orders that have already been fulfilled and/or shipped.

Q: When will my order ship?

A:  Most orders will ship within 2-3 business days of purchase. Please note this when choosing the ‘Express Shipping’ option. Processing times are subject to delay during new launches and/or holidays. 

 
Q:  When will my item be delivered?

A:  Delivery times provided at checkout are guidelines and are subject to change at any time. Please see our Shipping & Returns page for more details.

Q:  Do you accept returns/exchanges?

A: We hope you love your D'ORO jewelry, however, if for any reason you do not, we offer returns in exchange for store credit on unworn items in resellable condition. Please visit our Shipping & Returns page for more information.

Q: My package is missing, what should I do?

A: Once the item is packaged, shipped and in the shipping carrier's hands, we are no longer responsible for lost packages, missed deliveries, or undeliverable & incorrect addresses. Please contact the shipping provider with any shipping concerns. If your tracking information shows your package was ‘delivered’, however you cannot locate it, please verify your shipping address is correct. Check to see if someone else accepted the delivery for you. Please wait 2-3 business days, as packages are sometimes marked delivered days before their actual arrival. If the package still has not arrived, please contact the shipping provider with your tracking information. If your package was ‘Returned to Sender’ for any reason, you will be responsible for the shipping fee to re-ship the item. 

Q:  My order/item arrived damaged, what should I do?

A: D'ORO IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES BY THE COURIER.

Q:  What is your jewelry made of?

A:  We use Gold-Filled & 18K Gold-Plated materials. The product page of each item will state which material the piece is made from. If you have a known allergy, please read the product descriptions or Contact Us with questions before placing your order.

Q:  How should I care for my jewelry?

A: We recommend avoiding contact with water, perfume, lotions and oils. Please see our Jewelry Care page for more details on how to care for your jewelry.
