We offer free shipping on all US orders over $100.00. Orders below $100.00 will have rate-based shipping calculated at checkout.

I N T E R N A T I O N A L   S H I P P I N G 
Shipping for International orders will be calculated at checkout. Please be advised that any additional fees for shipping abroad will be the responsibility of the customer (brokerage fees, customs duties, and any other charges).

P R O C E S S I N G   T I M E S 
Most orders will ship within 2-3 business days of purchase. Please note this when choosing the ‘Express Shipping’ option. Processing times are subject to delay during new launches or holidays.

D E L I V E R Y   T I M E S 
After your item has shipped, the average delivery time for US orders is around 4-7 business days and the average delivery time for International orders is dependent upon the shipping option chosen at checkout.

The customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If an incorrect shipping address is provided, please contact us immediately in order for us to correct it before processing the order. If the order is processed and shipped to an incorrect address, due to customer negligence, the package will be sent back to our offices and the customer is responsible for providing a correct address and responsible for return shipping costs. If the customer does not provide a correct shipping address and does not pay for return shipping costs, within 1-5 business days of the package arriving back to our offices, a refund will be issued (excluding the original shipping cost).

We hope you love your D'ORO jewelry, however, If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may contact us at info@doroofficial.com.
  • All returns/exchanges must be made within 10 days from the delivery date and each item must be in perfect condition and unworn in their original condition and original packaging. 
  • To start a return/exchange, please email info@doroofficial.com with ‘Return/Exchange Request’ in the subject line and make sure to include your order number and explaining if its a return/exchange. 
  • Once the order is returned, inspected and approved an e-gift card will be issued and will be easily reedemed at check out in your next order.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for all the shipping costs.
  • For hygiene reasons, Earrings do not apply for our return/exchange policy.
  • Sale merchandise and all orders placed with a discount code of 20% or more are final sale.
Any return or exchange that does not meet the conditions indicated will be sent back to the customer. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. If they do not cover this charge, the item will NOT be returned.
